PrintGuard® Regular Glass Bead
Film:
F100R: PrintGuard Regular Small Glass Bead Film. (Clear
color)
F300R: PrintGuard Regular Large Glass Bead Film. (Clear

F110R: PrintGuard Regular Small Glass Bead Film (F100R) with
sticky back adhesive. We use a proprietary removable adhesive for easy
removal and cleanup with a clear polyester release liner.
F310R:
PrintGuard Regular Large Glass Bead Film (F300R) with sticky back
adhesive. We use a proprietary removable adhesive for easy removal and
cleanup with a clear polyester release liner.
We manufacture master
rolls to a width of 41.5 inches (1054 mm) wide so we can custom cut any
sheet size to meet your press requirements. Contact us for additional

Orange Hide®
Glass Bead Film:
F100S/F200S/F300S: Orange Hide Ink Repellent
Coated Small/Medium/Large Glass Bead Film. This is our Premium Glass Bead
Film consisting of our Tough Orange Hide coating with a permanently
cross-linked silicone surface on top of our PrintGuard Regular
product.
F110S/F310S: Above Orange Hide coated small / large glass
beaded film with Sticky back adhesive. We use a proprietary removable
adhesive for easy removal and cleanup with a clear polyester release
liner.
We custom cut any sheet size, our roll width is 41.5" wide.

PrintGuardPlus® Transfer
Cylinder Jackets:
Newly Patented Technology that consists of the
Orange Hide glass bead film with a microcellular compressible back
coating. We use PrintGuardPlus material to manufacture all replacement
Transfer Cylinder Jackets for Heidelberg presses, Perfector Jackets for
Mitsubishi Presses, and Transfer Cylinder Jackets/Sheets for Shinohara
Presses.
PrintGuardPlus® Jackets
These jackets are made for
Heidelberg presses and are a direct one piece replacement for both the
Heidelberg® Steel/Black/SuperBlue® vinyl loop Jacket and the Blue net.
The cellular backing provides a compressible layer that ensures
the surface of the glass beads lays perfectly flat and uniform across the
cylinder. The PrintGuardPlus® Orange Hide® Silicone top coating further
reduces marking and downtime.
These jackets are manufactured to
clip onto your transfer cylinder in less then ten minutes. They offer the
highest quality design and technology.
